This congratulations card features a bright green and neon blue ink layered to make a darker green. The text says CONGRATULATIONS in the middle. The card comes with a coordinating neon green envelope. Each card is A2 sized, blank on the inside, and printed on French Paper's Construction White. Printed by hand in Pennsylvania.
