Beautiful Estate Retro Cartier 18K Rose Gold Classic Thick Wedding Band - Size 7. This gorgeous Cartier wedding band is crafted in 18k rose gold. The band has a rounded look to it and very comfortable to wear. It has a light rose gold hue to it and very unique as these are very hard to find! The ring is in great condition and the inside of the band is engraved "Kim to Francis 1946" with the Cartier engraving and hallmark.
